Most respectfully, I beg leave to state that I am a student of Intermediate Part 1 in your college. My name has been struck off from the college roll because I could not attend college for one month. I could not send my application. Actually, I was suffered with severe mental tension due to my friend’s accident. He was badly injured and hospitalized. There was nobody to look after him because he has no brother and his father works in a foreign country. I could not help helping my friend at such a crucial time.
I request you to re-admit my name on the college roll. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
